Rachel Teo, marketing director Singapore at GoBear says:
“What makes me happiest at work involves being strict about maintaining a healthy work-life balance. When I’m at work, I’m dedicated to leading my team and ensuring we strive towards our goals. Shaowen Ang, senior manager of regional operations at Shopee says:
“I joined Shopee in 2016 when e-commerce was still a budding industry in Singapore. I noticed plenty of room for me to contribute towards the company and began setting up processes and policies to enable my team and I to create the best possible shopping experience for our users. This is the sort of thing that makes me really happy at work because I built my team from the ground up and created automated processes to improve overall workflow and efficiency. ”
